AN AUTUMN DAY FOR YOU on Thursday, September 25 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Spend a colorful fall day at the Center, renewing your body and spirit. The day will involve time for prayer and reflection - enjoy the wooded area as you walk the grounds. Spiritual Direction and massage will be available for those desiring to pamper their body and spirit. A session of Yoga will be offered also, for those interested in participating. Facilitated by Marisa Gilbert and Susan Fletcher. Cost is $40 for retreat, yoga, and lunch. (Spiritual Direction and Massage are an additional charge)
PRAYING THE LABYRINTH RETREAT DAY on Wednesday, October 8 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
The Labyrinth is an ancient form of walking meditation that can assist us with encountering the mystery of God. In this day retreat, the background, meanings, and how-to's of the labyrinth will be explored with emphasis on experiencing walking an outdoor labyrinth. There will also be opportunities provided for quiet reflection, journaling, and prayer together. Facilitated by Jean Sitter RSM. Cost of $30 includes retreat and lunch.
A RETREAT FOR MEN- Friday, November 7 at 6:30 p.m. through Sunday, November 9 at 4:00 p.m.
Enjoy a few days relaxing and praying during the colorful fall season. Take some time to nurture your spirit as you focus on your relationship with God. Facilitated by Fr. John Hagemann. Knowles Mercy Spirituality Center sponsored retreat held at the College of St. Mary at 7000 Mercy Road in Omaha, Nebraska
Featuring three outstanding women of faith - Susan Calef PHD, Professor of Theology at Creighton University; Marie Micheletto RSM, MS, Psychologist; and Maryanne Stevens RSM, PHD, Theologian and President of College of Saint Mary. The day will focus on the giftedness of women in our church today. Our three scholarly facilitators will approach the topic from various angles, providing spiritual enrichment, discussion and sharing, and prayer throughout the day. Cost is $45 and includes lunch.
A TIME TO BE GRATEFUL - Thanksgiving Retreat Day on Wednesday, November 19 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Enjoy a day of reflection, taking time to pray and center on the bountiful gifts from God: gifts of self, others, and nature. Enjoy the stillness of the walking trails as you spend time in prayer and renewal. Facilitated by Marisa Gilbert. Cost is $30 for retreat and lunch.
THREE DAY DIRECTED RETREAT from Thursday, November 20 at 6:30 p.m. through Sunday, November 23 at 4:00 p.m.
Take some quiet time away, during this season of Thanksgiving, to relax and pray. You will meet daily with a Spiritual Director, and treasure the quiet of these days in prayer and renewal. Directors: Jane King and Deb Sheehan. Cost is $195 and includes private room, meals, and daily spiritual direction. Limited space is available. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required in advance.
AN ADVENT JOURNEY...a Guided Retreat from Friday, December 5 at 6:30 p.m. until Saturday, December 6 at 4:00 p.m.
Join us for an overnight experience of prayer and renewal as we enter into the Advent season of hope and longing. During these busy weeks as we prepare for the holiday season, we invite you to take some time away to calm your heart and prepare for this peace-filled, holy time of year. The retreat will include personal and communal prayer opportunities, guided by the retreat director - Jean Sitter RSM. Spiritual Direction is available for an additional fee. Cost is $85 for the retreat, room, and meals.
CHRISTMAS IN THE FOREST for families on Friday and Saturday evening, December 12 & 13

WINTER SILENT DIRECTED RETREAT from Sunday, January 18 at 6:30 p.m. through Sunday, January 25 at noon
The silent directed retreat is a prayerful experience of solitude, time spent in prayer, refreshing your spirit. You will meet daily with a Spiritual Director, and gather for prayer daily as a group, prior to lunch. Massage will be available for an additional charge. Directors for the retreat are Anne Pellegrino RSM and Marisa Gilbert. Cost is $420 for daily spiritual direction, a private room, and meals. Limited space is available. A $50 non-refundable deposit is due in advance.
